From 2004-2009 I was a programmer/analyst at ABB.
My role: I was a programmer/analyst in a small IT group supporting an SAP ECC system.
My customers: the 300+ users in the New Berlin Facility. This included customer care, project managment, HR, purchasing, production workers.
My Responsibilities and Achievements:

Working within a small team/company for a long time I had the opportunity to do many things.
ABAP programming Wrote ALV grid reports for purchase price variances, sales reporting, file integration with Fidelity Human Resource system.
Configuration Configured SAP configuration to create new sales view for a new business unit. Output Configuration for automated emails. Adjusted pricing procedure for free freight promotion when quantity and item conditions were met.
System Security Role Mapping Coordinator for SAP Implementation 2009. Resulted in successful go-live with no significant security issues and minimal loss of work time.
SOX Compliance Implemented SAP solutions for SOX compliance. Created processes to enforce password changes, log inappropriate system usage, email security breaches.
